The idea of freedom has been a driving force in my life from early on. Over the course of time, a much deeper longing around one central question evolved. What are the mechanisms of change, what does transformation really mean, if we go through it on every level (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
Born on a 14th in Switzerland - a place shaped by the coexistence of different languages, cultures, and perspectives. A place where neutrality is not indifference, but the ability to hold opposing truths at once. This is my foundation.
I then spent many years in the heart of the Black Forest. Early on, I experienced the limits of narrow structures and fixed ways of thinking. They shaped both my longing for a different life and the feeling of being different.
Moving to Los Angeles, the City of Angels, at 18 felt less like a break and more like a re-birthing. Free at last.
Moved back to Munich, studied to become an interpreter and to translate languages. Which is basically what I then did during my entire business career - to switch perspectives, build bridges, translate context. Worked for Start-Ups as well as for global players and had my own little company.
Until - I met the love of my life "Hydrogen". The first element in the periodic system, the element with which everything starts and which has the potential to initiate profound transformation.
Welcome to my world.
At a certain point, my body answered more clearly than my mind ever could. Hashimoto was not the beginning of the story. It was the moment the story became visible. The body does not lie — it simply speaks its own language. What we call disease very often is the body's form of communication — an expression, a signal, a protection for what has not yet found another form.
